Awesome! We're excited you're considering our Senior Fellowship!

Numero Senior Fellow

Remote

Numero is launching its inaugural Senior Fellowship to help experienced campaign professionals explore what it’s like to work in a fast-growing startup.

This is a unique opportunity to get first-hand experience working at a tech company.

You’ll work closely with our co-founders, CEO, and Chief of Staff who have deep experience in tech and politics.

During your three-month Senior Fellowship, you’ll get work on projects in sales, marketing, product development, and customer success to help you expand your skills and learn more about what you’d love to do in the private sector.

About the Senior Fellowship

Projects you’ll get to work on include:

  • Product Development: Review early designs of our next generation campaign tools and provide feedback on improving the design and functionality before they're released publicly.
  • Marketing: Share your campaign expertise by writing several blog posts that explain tips and tricks that you think every campaign staffer should know.
  • Sales: Learn how to give a great product demo and work with us to develop our sales strategy for the upcoming election cycle including helping us identify and reach out to friends and colleagues who would benefit from our software.
  • Customer Success: Review our videos and customer success knowledge base to help us identify what doesn’t make immediate sense and areas we can improve upon.

The Numero Senior Fellowship is a full time paid opportunity that will last for three months -- January - March 2021.

About Us

We’re a team of technologists, software engineers, and financial professionals who have previously founded and scaled several startups. Our CEO, Brian, was a Senior Tech Advisor in the Obama White House, taught at MIT, and co-founded one of the largest phone companies in Nicaragua. Our CTO, Karan, oversaw the technical infrastructure of 80 campaigns last cycle and is a 3x startup CTO. Our CFO, Susie, was the Corporate VP of Finance & Accounting for AECOM, an 87,000-person company.

We’re backed by Y Combinator and Initialized Capital, and you’ll have the opportunity to work with our prominent angel investors with deep experience in politics and technology, including the co-founders and leaders of Instagram, Reddit, TaskRabbit, Codecademy, Netflix, and WIRED.

We believe our democracy is strongest when it’s represented by the diversity of our country. Similarly, we believe the strength of our company will come from the diversity of our employees – that's why we've worked hard to ensure that our cap table is fully diverse and that half of our angel investors are women. If you share our values and enthusiasm for strengthening our democracy, you’ll be at home at Numero!
