How is this free?
Campaigns already pay a processing fee on every donation, no matter what platform they use. That’s how we get paid too — except our rate is lower, so the software costs your campaign $0 and you keep more of every dollar you raise. No subscription, no invoice, nothing out of your budget.
Why is Numero doing this?
We started Numero to make world-class fundraising tools affordable for every candidate — not just the ones with six-figure budgets. Congressional campaigns pay for the software you’re getting; partnering with Emerge lets us include it free for the state and local candidates who need it most.
Are there setup fees or hidden costs?
No setup fees, no upfront charge, no monthly bill. The only money that ever moves is the processing fee on donations you receive — which you’d be paying on any platform, at a higher rate.
How long do I get Numero free?
For your entire race, as long as you’re Emerge-trained. Not a trial, not an intro period — the software is included from the day you claim the deal through Election Day.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Numero is month-to-month. If it’s not working for you, you can leave with 30 days’ notice.
Does Numero work for state and local races?
It’s what we’re best known for. Candidates for state legislature, city council, county office, and school board use Numero every day — including the winners featured on this page. Is Numero compliant with my state’s reporting requirements?

I don’t have staff. Can I run this myself?

Can I import my existing donor and contact list?
Yes. Numero imports from NGP, VAN, ActBlue, and spreadsheets, and automatically dedupes as it imports — most candidates find their list is cleaner (and their best prospects easier to spot) within an afternoon.
What if I get stuck?
